Focused on international raw material trade in juices and concentrates, cocoa and chocolate, organic products, stabilizers and texturizers, we also specialize in the development of specific product requirements for our clients

Our business began in 1986, representing multinational companies in Spain as well as exporting Spanish products to foreign markets. We walk our talk, striving to achieve long-lasting ethical and transparent relationships with suppliers and customers alike. We boast a highly motivated and technically solid multilingual team (English, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese) led by Javier Hernandez (CEO), Miguel Corona (Sales) and Manuel Moreta (Administration). The company headquarters is located in an emblematic 16th Century building in the historic center of Toledo.

JUICES
& FRUITS

Fruit juice and concentrate trading lies at the heart of our business.  Our capable logistics department moves products all over the globe and we pride ourselves on being able to source for our customers practically any type of processed fruit or vegetable including NFC juices, purees and concentrates in conventional, organic or baby food quality. We also offer a wide selection of frozen and dehydrated fruits, and are capable of meeting almost any specific delivery requirements

COCOA, CHOCOLATE
& NUTS

We are the agents in Spain for one of the top three cocoa processors worldwide, boasting a unique product range. From cocoa beans we obtain three products (cocoa powder, cocoa paste and cocoa butter) that we offer as raw material for manufacturers of dairy products, cookies, pastries, etc.  We also supply a wide variety of chocolates (liquid and solid) and, in order to meet the special demands of the industry, our staff is always happy to team up with your R&D department in order to develop specific requirements.

We also offer a wide variety of nuts with different roasts and cuts, as well as nut pastes from macadamia, pistachio, walnut, almond, hazelnut and more…

ORGANIC
PRODUCTS

We’ve always been active in the trading of organic products but as health and food safety issues have gained ground in recent years, we have become more and more active in this segment. Organic products are integral to our product range and we can offer organic varieties of almost any fruit, vegetable, cocoa or chocolate product. We also boast a wide range of organic superfoods, plant proteins, sugars, lecithins (in powder and liquid form), vegetables, grains, rice, etc.  These can be used as raw material for everyday products as well as for new developments where food intolerances, allergies or new dietary requirements must be taken into consideration.

STABILIZERS
& TEXTURIZERS

Thanks to our extensive experience with pectins, fibres, gums, proteins and starches, we have become specialized at creating blends of these components in order to offer tailor-made stabilizer and texturizer solutions for new dairy or meat products, drinks or sauces. Together with our German partners, we have recently launched a new factory and a state-of-the-art pilot plant where we optimize recipes and develop new concepts in close collaboration with our clients’ R&D and Marketing departments. Our know-how and personalized approach allow us to guarantee maximum efficiency and quality in the development, production and supply of stabilizers, even according to the most demanding standards.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

We firmly believe that every company should return to society a part of what it receives. In our case this is even more so as we deal with raw materials that, in many cases, are produced in developing countries.

We have, therefore, pledged to dedicate 0.7% of our gross margin to support development projects in underdeveloped countries.

As well as helping with timely donations in the face of catastrophes, we collaborate on a long-term basis with the NGO IImpact that covers the basic educational needs of girls in some of the most remote and underdeveloped regions of India. Two schools, where at least 100 girls are educated each year, are kept open thanks to our yearly contribution.

At a local level we implement life-work balance policies and we encourage the involvement of our staff in recycling activities and the support of a greener world.
